The attended fertilization have psychological, emotional, economic and legal consequences, in the people who to them reccur as a solution to their impossibility of being parents by the natural routes. If we focus in the legal consequences, we will also find that it affects several orders of rights: successions, filiation, contracts, civil and/or penal responsibility, etc.
