The Paraguayan legislation contemplates actions of ceasing of illicit activities to the transgressors, indemnification or recovery of the utility obtained by the transgressors.

Preventive actions: The judge can dictate: a) impound of the profits, b) suspension of fabrication or reproduction of works, c) kidnapping of Works in infraction.

Likewise, they are foreseen in the law, for the defense of the owners of intellectual rights ( trademarks, designs or industrial models, patents or authors rights) diverse actions and administrative and judicial procedures: in administrative seat through summary procedures, contentious administrative demands; actions in civil and commercial seat as cease of use, indemnification of damages, cancellation of the applications obtained fraudulently, and likewise, in penal seat the sanctions and penalties for the transgressor.
